First Date Ideas for Teens

Are you a teenager who wants to ask a girl on a first date? If so, you may have a lot of questions? How should I ask the girl? What if she says no? Where should we go? As for asking a girl, just do it. If so says no, move on because there are plenty of fish in the sea. As for the date itself, you have many options. In fact, continue reading on for a few good suggestions.

Miniature golf. Many teens make the mistake of believing that miniature golf is a game for young kids, but it isn’t. People of all ages love a game of mini-golf, and your date should too. Miniature golfing is a fun and very minimally active sport. Plus, think of the possibilities if your date isn’t a good golfer, get close and show her the right moves!

Visit an amusement park. As with mini-golf, many teenagers associate amusement parks with kids and family trips. They are more. Depending on the size of your local amusement park, you should have roller coasters, water rides, and fun games to choose from. If you want to wow a girl or show her your adventurous side, an amusement park is the way to go.

Go karting. If you have a nearby go kart track in your area, visit it. A girl doesn’t have to be interested in sports or racing to enjoy an afternoon of go karting. It is a fun and exciting adventure. Unless you have to wait in line, you won’t get much opportunity to talk with your date. So, get to know her and make it a great night by stopping for dinner on the way home.

Visit the beach. The beach is a great destination for a date because it has so much potential. For starters, a day at the beach is always exciting. Secondly, it allows you to checkout your girl’s beautiful body in a bathing suit. Some girls may automatically say no and some may even tell you it is because of the bathing suit. You can come up with an alternative, but this is also your opportunity to complement her by saying you bet she would look beautiful.

Visit a park. Parks are another great destination for a first date. This is due to the casual atmosphere, which results in less pressure. In a natural surrounding, you and your date are likely to have more fun, as well as be yourselves. If you opt for a date at the park, pack a picnic and bring other fun supplies, such as a basketball, kite, and so forth.

Bowling. Most cities and towns have a bowling alley; therefore, this adventurous date may be easier to plan than an afternoon of go karting or visiting an amusement park. Bowling is a fun activity that calls for a little bit of closeness. Celebrate your date’s strike with a congratulatory hug.

Hiking. For the most part, many recommend avoiding extreme physical activity on a first date, but it can work to your advantage. Does the girl you like love nature or is she the active type? If so, she may enjoy a short hike. When planning a hiking date, choose your destination wisely. Opt trails that take you along a beautiful waterfall or gorge or a park with a picnic area.

Watch a movie. A movie is one of the most popular first date choices for teens. If you do opt for a movie, follow it with dinner. During the movie, you won’t have much opportunity to talk. Get to know your date at dinner. Another great alternative is watching a movie at home. This is great if dating on a budget or if you want to talk because you won’t waste money on a movie or disturb other watchers.

As you can see, you have many options when planning a first date. If you want to plan the perfect first date, ask for suggestions. Picking an activity that is exciting, adventurous, or one your girl likes is the best way to have an awesome time.
